Agreement to these terms

By using this website and placing an order with Go Kamoflaj, you agree to the terms set out on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.

Using the site

You may browse and buy for your own use. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish the content, images or product information on this site without our written permission, and you may not use the site in a way that interferes with it or with other people using it.

Products, prices and availability

We work to keep descriptions, images and prices correct, but screens show colour differently and errors do happen. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If an item is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will contact you and either correct it or cancel and refund the order in full.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order - for example where stock has run out, where payment cannot be taken, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you are refunded in full.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Intended use of the products

Our products are civilian clothing and gear sold for lawful use. They are not personal protective equipment and are not certified as safety equipment unless a product page says otherwise. You are responsible for checking that what you buy suits what you intend to do with it, and for following the laws where you live.

Reviews and anything you send us

If you send a review, photo or message, you allow us to publish it on the site with your first name. Keep it honest and civil; we do not publish abusive content or content that is not yours to share.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or of the products, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
